Early access terms
These terms apply to the Glimmerguard early-access list and this website (the "list" and the "site"), run by the Glimmerguard project team ("we", "us"). By joining the list you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't join.
1. What the list is
- Joining is free. There is nothing to buy and no transaction to send. Signing a message with your wallet is optional, free and moves no funds.
- A place on the list lets us tell you when early access opens and lets you in among the first. It does not guarantee access on a particular date, a particular number of places, or any reward, item, token or other benefit.
- We may change, pause, limit or end the list, or open the game in stages, at any time.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed, where you live, to use crypto assets and to take part in games that use them.
- You may not join if you are subject to sanctions, or if you live in a country or region where taking part would be unlawful. You are responsible for following your local laws and for any taxes.
- One person, one entry. Each entry needs its own X account and its own wallet.
3. Fair play
- No bots, scripts, fake or bought accounts, multiple entries, or referrals from accounts you control. No attempts to bypass the human check, overload the site or interfere with other people's entries.
- Referral counts are a way to see who you brought in. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and can be recounted after fake entries are removed.
- We may remove entries, or refuse early access, where we reasonably believe these rules were broken. Where we can, we will tell you why.
- The steps on X (follow, like, reply, repost) are things you do yourself on X, under X's rules. We never post, like or follow on your behalf.
4. $GLIM and the game
- $GLIM is the game's currency. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any token, security or financial product, or investment, legal or tax advice.
- The game, its rules, rewards and numbers described on this site and in the guide are plans and can change before and after launch. In-game rewards depend on the game's rules and on how many people play; they are not a salary, interest or a promised return.
5. Your wallet and safety
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we never message you first asking you to send funds. Only trust links from this site and our official X account.
- You are responsible for your wallet, your X account and your devices.
6. Content
- The art, music, text and code on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. Please don't copy, extract or reuse them outside personal viewing. Sharing your invite link and screenshots of your own card is welcome.
7. No warranty, limits of liability
- The list and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep them running and accurate, but we don't promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or the value of any digital asset. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
8. Changes
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from then on and never take away a place you already hold because of something you did before the change.
Risk disclosure
$GLIM is a game currency, not an investment. We don't promise a price, a return or a yield. Token prices are set by the market and can fall to zero. Rewards can shrink when more people play or when the rules change. Blockchains, wallets and smart contracts can fail or be attacked, and transactions can't be reversed. Only ever put in what you would happily spend on a game.
Privacy notice
This notice explains what the list and the site collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell data, and there are no ads, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on this site.
What we collect

What others can see
Your list position and the size of the list are never shown. Anyone who has your invite link can see your card: your X username, how many people joined with your link, whether your wallet is signed and the date you joined. Your wallet address and email are never shown.
Your browser's storage
The site keeps your progress, your card's code, your sound setting and your X sign-in session (valid for 7 days) in your browser's local storage, so the page remembers you. This is needed for the page to work; nothing in it is used for tracking. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)
- Running the list at your request (steps before an agreement with you): your X account, wallet and list details.
- Our legitimate interests in a fair, secure and working list: the human check, turning away new or fake accounts, rate limiting and diagnostics.
- Your consent: your email address. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what happened before.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run the site for us, each bound to use the data only for that service: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security and the human check), X (the sign-in you start), the hosting provider of our server (in the EU), and, once we send launch news, our email provider. We don't sell or rent personal data and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect the list and its users from fraud and abuse. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required, they do so under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- List entries (X account details, wallet, email, list details): until early access has opened and places have been honoured, and at most 12 months after that. If you then create a game account with the same wallet, what the game needs moves into your account and is covered by the game's own terms.
- Diagnostics: 30 days. Sign-in sessions: 7 days. Unfinished X sign-ins: 15 minutes.
- Backups are encrypted and overwritten on a 30-day cycle.
- Your wallet signature and anything you do on a blockchain or on X are outside our control and can't be deleted by us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Write to us (see Contact). To protect you, we will ask you to prove the entry is yours, for example by signing a short message with the wallet on it or connecting the same X account; we won't ask for more than we need. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS only. The server has no open ports to the internet, sign-in sessions are stored as one-way hashes, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
The list is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We will update the date at the top when this notice changes, and tell people on the list by email or on our X account if the change is significant.
